1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bacan4d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services accessible at bacan4d.cam ("the Website").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bacan4d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Website and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all games, services, promotions, bonuses, payment transactions, and communications made available through bacan4d. Supplementary terms may apply to specific promotions or services and will be clearly indicated where applicable.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the bacan4d platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cashable bonus amounts credited to an Account as part of a promotion.
• "Eligible Player" means any individual who meets all requirements set out in Section 3 (Account Eligibility) of this Agreement.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, fishing games, crash games, and any other wagering activities made available through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required for withdrawals and regulatory compliance.
• "Platform" means the bacan4d website, mobile interface, and all associated services and applications.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole currency used for all transactions on the Platform.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on bacan4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bacan4d strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend Accounts pending age verification.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which the use of online gambling services is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, agent, or contractor of bacan4d or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended, restricted, or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on bacan4d. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a contact number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

bacan4d reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including prior to approving any withdrawal request. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identification document. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. bacan4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify us immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

5 Terms of Use

By using the bacan4d platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that bacan4d provides no guarantees of winnings, returns, or specific outcomes for any game or betting event.

The following conditions apply to your use of the Platform:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. bacan4d shall not be liable for errors resulting from a Player's own misunderstanding of game rules, odds, or staking amounts.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. bacan4d makes no representation that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction.
• bacan4d reserves the right to void any wager or transaction that it reasonably believes has been placed as part of fraudulent activity, in breach of these Terms, or in exploitation of a system error.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems subject to independent audit. The Platform does not manipulate game results.
• Live dealer game results are determined by the physical actions of licensed dealers in certified studio environments. Outcomes are final as recorded by the Platform's system.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

bacan4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All Account balances are displayed and transacted in MYR. The following payment methods are supported:

Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrency channels (BTC, USDT).

Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full before withdrawal of those funds is permitted.
• The recipient payment account must be registered in the same legal name as your bacan4d Account.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Withdrawal Speed page: e-wallets within approximately 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX within 5–15 minutes; bank wire within 15–60 minutes. These are target timeframes and may vary during peak periods or in cases requiring additional verification.
• bacan4d reserves the right to apply additional verification checks for withdrawals above specified thresholds.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

bacan4d offers various promotional schemes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, and referral incentives. All promotions are subject to specific terms which will be published at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible Player, per Account, per household address, and per device.
• Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering Requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus Funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. When both are present in an Account, real-money funds are typically wagered first unless otherwise specified.
• bacan4d reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, subject to honouring commitments already made to Players who have accepted an active offer in good faith.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts, redeemed for cash value, or used in any manner inconsistent with the specific promotion terms.
• If bacan4d determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation of promotion mechanics, or coordinated multi-account play to extract bonus value, it reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings and close the Account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bacan4d platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating more than one Account simultaneously or in succession.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or abuse of game vulnerabilities.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law.
• Sharing Account credentials with or allowing access to the Platform by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward bacan4d staff or other Platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security measure implemented on the Platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bacan4d platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic design, user interface, software architecture, game integrations, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of bacan4d or its licensed third-party partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of bacan4d.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bacan4d, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any of its services;
• Any technical failure, service interruption, or data loss affecting the Platform;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment provider issues;
• Any decision, action, or omission taken in reliance on Platform content;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

bacan4d makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and service continuity but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect service availability. Notice will be provided where practicable.

11 Suspension & Termination

bacan4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity has been identified in connection with the Account;
• The Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age;
• A self-exclusion request has been made by the Account holder or by a relevant authority;
• Continued operation of the Account would expose bacan4d to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any outstanding Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard KYC checks.

12 Responsible Gambling

bacan4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion options to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are accessible to all Players at all times through the Account settings or by contacting our support team.

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, prevent access to the Platform for the duration specified by the Player. During a self-exclusion period, bacan4d will not send promotional communications to the excluded Player.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bacan4d is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge that they do so voluntarily and are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws regarding online gambling. bacan4d makes no warranty that the use of its services is lawful in every jurisdiction from which it may be accessed.

14 Amendments

bacan4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The effective date of the current version of these Terms and Conditions is stated at the top of the Table of Contents.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
